Easy Lasagna

Lasagna is one of those perfect homemade meals. It freezes really well, and is also a perfect leftover option for lunches. We always made enough to put into our kid’s lunch thermoses – they always came back empty.
Enjoy our family recipe, and make an extra one for the freezer to pull out on a busy week.

Lemony Chicken Schnitzels

Moist juicy chicken marinated in lemon juice and finished with a crisp breadcrumb crust.
Double or triple this recipe and make a big batch using fresh chicken breasts and freeze for an easy quick homemade meal during the week.

Super Easy Shrimp Tacos

These shrimp tacos are seriously delicious and very easy to make.
I love crisp lettuce over the traditional cabbage that many taco recipes call for, but feel free to switch to cabbage if this is your preference.

Macaroni and Cheese

You will fall in love with this creamy cheesy pasta dish. It has just 4 ingredients and comes together in 20 minutes.
Feel free to switch up your pasta and cheeses. Our favourite combination is bow tie pasta with sharp cheddar mixed with smoked applewood cheddar. Yum!!
