Melting Moment cookies are easy to make and very quick to make and start by simply melting the butter in a pan.
They are a soft, buttery and melt in your mouth cookie.
I like to keep things very simple with the jam thumbprint, but they can be dressed up and sandwiched with a butter cream or drizzled with chocolate ganache.

These are super easy to make and unbelievably tasty. Using just butter, sugar and flour in the base cookie dough makes it easy for you to add in your favourite chocolate chips or chunks. They also freeze really well so you can pull one or two from the freezer at a time for a warm cookie as an afternoon treat.
