Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Sort the stems of the parsley into a single bunch removing any lower leaves – these can be chopped and used right away or chopped and frozen for later use

Step 2

Make a fresh cut across the stems to remove the bottom inch

Step 3

Fill a measuring jug or similar container half full of water

Step 4

Place your parsley stems in the water 

Step 5

Cover loosely with a plastic or gauze bag

Step 6

Store in the fridge and use as needed
