Thin cut pork chops work best for a rapid cook in the oven with the perfect browning of the breadcrumb crust.

Marinade

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

Crumb Topping

  • 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs

Pork Chops

  • 2 bone-in thin cut pork chops

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Mix the marinade ingredients together and rub into the pork chops – adjust salt and pepper as desired

Step 2

Mix the melted butter into your breadcrumbs

Step 3

Place your pork chops on a lined baking sheet and push the breadcrumbs into a tight layer on top of the pork chops – make sure the breadcrumbs are not loose by pressing down gently with your hand

Step 4

Bake at 425 F for 12 – 15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. It might take longer for thicker pork chops
