The bouquet garni is an aromatic bundle of herbs either tied together with string or bundled into cheesecloth so you can add a few peppercorns if desired. Very easy to make – this is the by far tastiest way that I have found to cook shrimp. Crisp on the outside and super juicy on the inside with a perfect ratio of shrimp to crispy coating.
