Using ready-made apple sauce keeps the muffin nice and moist and adds lots of flavour.
Feel free to use mixed nuts or the choice of one of your favourite nuts – I like to use walnuts and almonds.

Preheat the oven to 375 F
Step 2
Place baking cases in a 6-cup muffin pan
