I like to make these 6 at a time but it’s easy to double the recipe for 12 if needed.
You could also make these in a mini muffin pan for a perfect double bite-sized snack.

- 1 egg
- 3/4 cups unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 medium apple peeled and diced – about 1 cup

Preheat the oven to 375 F
Step 2
Place baking cases in a 6-cup muffin pan
Step 3
Mix the wet ingredients together
Step 4
Mix the dry ingredients together
Step 5
Stir in the diced apple
Step 6
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just blended
Step 7
Use an ice cream scoop to fill your 6 muffin cups
