Crisp on the outside and super juicy on the inside with a perfect ratio of shrimp to crispy coating.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of large raw shrimp
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons butter

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Peel and devein the shrimp as needed
Pat dry
Step 2
Toss in the cornstarch to coat
Step 3
Melt half the butter in a pan
Step 4
Add in the shrimp one at a time shaking any excess cornstarch off before adding to the pan
Step 5
Cook for 2 minutes and then turn the shrimp over one at a time
Add the remaining butter to the pan
Cook for 2 more minutes before shaking the pan
Continue cooking until crisp on the outside and the shrimp are pink and cooked through
