Ingredients
  

  • 4 skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F
  • Pat dry your chicken and place in a bowl
  • Add the seasoning and turn to coat all sides of the chicken
  • Add fresh ground salt and pepper to taste
  • Place the chicken on a lined baking tray
  • Bake for 35 – 45 minutes until cooked through and the juices run clear
  • Turn the oven to 400 degrees for the last 10 minutes of cooking to crisp up the tops of the chicken
