Melting Moment Cookies

Melting Moment cookies are easy to make and very quick to make and start by simply melting the butter in a pan. They are a soft, buttery, and melt in your mouth cookie. I like to keep things very simple with the jam thumbprint, but they can be dressed up and sandwiched with a buttercream or drizzled with chocolate ganache.
