This recipe has become my go-to for pork chops. I like to keep a bag of breadcrumbs in the freezer to pull out a handful or two as needed - by doing this your prep is super fast.Thin cut pork chops work best for a rapid cook in the oven with perfect browning of the breadcrumb crust.
Mix the marinade ingredients together and rub into the pork chops
Mix the melted butter into your breadcrumbs
Place your pork chops on a lined baking sheet and push the breadcrumbs into a tight layer on top of the pork chops - make sure the breadcrumbs are not loose by pressing down gently with your hand
Bake at 425 F for 12 - 15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. It might take longer for thicker pork chops
