Breadcrumb Topped Pork Chops

This recipe has become my go-to for pork chops. I like to keep a bag of breadcrumbs in the freezer to pull out a handful or two as needed - by doing this your prep is super fast.
Thin cut pork chops work best for a rapid cook in the oven with perfect browning of the breadcrumb crust.
