Easy Crispy Shrimp

Very easy to make - this is the by far tastiest way that I have found to cook shrimp. Crisp on the outside and super juicy on the inside with a perfect ratio of shrimp to crispy coating.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of large raw shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel and devein the shrimp as needed
  • Pat dry
  • Toss in the cornstarch to coat
  • Melt half the butter in a pan
  • Add in the shrimp one at a time shaking any excess cornstarch off before adding to the pan
  • Cook for 2 minutes and then turn the shrimp over one at at time
  • Add the remaining butter to the pan
  • Cook for 2 more minutes before shaking the pan
  • Continue cooking until crisp on the outside and the shrimp are pink and cooked through
